What was the highlight of Garden Hotel Campina Grande
Staff are excellent trying to run a broken down tied in maintained premises.
Its location
Bed old hard, Aircon’s disgusting dirty and broken, pools terrible unclean water, no mini bar or hammock on the balcony. Restaurant only thing just acceptable. In room amenities very basic. Old swipe cards on doors work sometimes and not the other. Phone in room dead. No water offered in room. One towel per couple for pool. Drop off bags no where really to stop and parking far away. Which I don’t mind but make it easy to drop your bags off.

Pleasant
The property had a nice and large swimming pool area and plenty of space for walks around the building.
Some of the facilities looked old fashioned and seem to need more upkeep. Staff in the restaurant was nice but quite slow

Total disappointment
I' m disappointed. At check-in the staff was quite unwelcoming. The hotel is in complete disrepair, almost as if it is abandoned. The shower head barely let water out. The pool was dirty. The room was dusty. It's a shame that such iconic hotel is in this state : ( You will find better hotels with similar (or even cheaper) prices. The hotel photos are not up to date with reality.
Some of the staff seemed nice people and welcoming (however it did not take away the bad taste the hotel gave us).
